Dad, you’re the kind of father every daughter longs for....

You’ve given me a firm foundation of faith
and taught me the importance of honesty in my life.
Because of that, I will always respect you.

Though our family has had hard times,
you’ve been a source of strength on which I can depend.
Yet, you’ve never been ashamed to reveal your weaknesses
or too proud to admit your mistakes.
That only reinforces my admiration for you.

But most important........
you’ve shown me the meaning of love,
always encouraging me to be the best that I can be.
Even when I fail or disappoint you, your love never fails.
