Pause a while to laugh,
For it is the antidote for sadness.
Pause a while to play,
For it is the elixir of youth.
Pause a while to love and care,
For it is the joy of meaningful living.
Pause a while for music,
For it is a gift from Heaven.
Pause a while to read
For it is the wisdom of the ages.
Pause a while to meditate,
For it is the birth of ideas and inspiration.
Pause a while to study nature,
For it is the living proof of God.
